1. Product Incubation Model

1.1 Incubation Rights & Conditions

  • Only top-performing teams selected are invited to the Closing Fair where venture capitalists will attend and chat with potential startups, and only finalists will qualify for FutureForge’s incubation program and receive extensive support from FuSSO.
  • Equity Transfer Agreement: FuSSO will reach out to teams with the marketing potential to discuss the partial equity transfer agreement. Teams can decide whether they want to sign the agreement to transfer partial equity and to receive marketing expert assistance, investment matchmaking, advanced workshop series, and recommendations.
  • FuSSO may also directly fund promising teams or facilitate connections with additional investors to accelerate product commercialization.

1.2 Incubation support

  • Marketing & Branding Support: FuSSO will assign professional marketing experts to help teams with branding, market promotion, and investment strategies.
  • Advanced Workshops & Training: Teams will receive continued guidance on business model refinement, fundraising strategies, and investment pitching.
  • Investment & Funding Opportunities: FuSSO will actively connect teams with VCs, angel investors, and other funding sources to secure additional investments.

3. 3. Evaluation & Advancement Criteria

3.1 Evaluation Criteria

  • Registration Submissions will be evaluated based on the following:
  • Scientific Merit (30%) – Theoretical foundation and research methodology.
  • Prototype Feasibility (25%) – Functional capabilities and prototype innovation.
  • Market Potential (20%) – Completeness of the business model and market fit.
  • Innovation & Societal Impact (15%) – Uniqueness and potential influence in the industry or society.
  • Presentation & Execution (10%) – Clarity, completeness, and team execution ability.

3.2 Opening Fair (Preliminary Round)

  • Among all submitted proposals, the top 50% of teams will advance to the Opening Fair based on the evaluation scores. At this stage, teams will present their projects, receive feedback from judges, and refine their work accordingly.

3.3 Closing Fair (Final Round)

  • The top-performing teams will qualify for the Closing Fair, where they will pitch their projects to VCs and investors. If a team signs the 20% equity transfer agreement, they will gain access to FuSSO’s incubation program, including market development, investment connections, and long-term commercialization support.

 

FuSSO reserves the right to terminate or modify the competition in case of force majeure (e.g., unforeseen circumstances). Participants engaging in fraud, academic misconduct, or unethical practices will face immediate disqualification.
